Missing Samples

Hi! The last time I received a sample from an online order was Feb 3. I’ve placed 7 orders since then and none of them have had samples, not even replacements. I’m just wondering if the sample program is over then? Or will you bring back in store samples instead? I understand not giving away samples in store for free, but with purchase could maybe solve the problem? Thanks!
