Lost package

My Sephora package has not been delivered. I contacted FedEx and they said it’s been on the truck “out for delivery” for more than 7 days, which means it’s lost. They advised I contact the sender for a resolution. I would like Sephora to send me replacements as I really need the products I ordered and I got them on sale! What can I do to resolve this?
