Lost package NO REFUND NO REPLACE

I got an email yesterday says my package was delivery. But nothing was delivery!!! FleetOptics tracking information shows delivery and even have a fake signature on it. This is terrible!! FleetOptics saids they are unable to find my package and Sephora told me that they can't refund or replace my order again because it's high value products. Now I lost my $1400 and my package. "Wonderful" online shopping experience with Sephora.

one of my boxes was opened by someone and few items were missing too. but they won't refund me as well!

They lied about my delivery as well. I received an email stating that my package had been delivered. Yet when I went outside, nothing was on either the porch or in the mailbox. I checked the security camera log and there were no deliveries from Sephora or anyone else.

 

I am amazed that a huge company like Sephora is pulling such a scam. This has to stop NOW.

I am going through the same right now. Fleet optics has shown them a fake signature ( which is not even a signature it’s just a tick mark) and now they won’t replace or refund. It’s literally my $1000 order and I’m going through a nervous breakdown right now due to that. It’s been already two weeks.

That's awful! How could they do this?

Did Sephora refund you?

I still don’t have my products. Why hasn’t my order shipped?

Sephora stole from me too. Did your get a refund? What did the Sephora rep below do? Did she tell you that they aren’t able to help you?
