Live Chat Not Working..

I have not yet tried this feature and I was so excited to use it.. & it isn't working for me. I am on Safari, tried using it in Private mode and that also didm't work. Every time I click on reply to chat, it refreshes the page. I'm so bummed, I saw so many questions I would love to answer for fellow Sephora lovers! Please help..

I would try logging out of all of your devices first to refresh and restart your device closing all of your browser windows to start. Once you restart, then log back in using Chrome. Feel free to send me a PM if the problem persists so I can look into it further for you. Thanks!
