not sure, it does not seem to be working on browser too. 

Basically, I returned items from two orders, which you can check, that I bought through Klarna. 

I am not in the country and I don't have return receipts. Sephora is supposed to also inform Klarna that I have returned items as they are going to charge me because they did not get a confirmation. please look into it and report to Klarna ASAP.

The chat has not come available since then.  It's been a week.  What gives?
