Insider account unusable

There is something very wrong with my beauty insider account. 

The points associated with my account are different across pages. It shows 135 on the mobile website, but 1060 in the mobile app.

 

When I am signed in and try to apply SAVINGS to my checkout, it says I am not signed in.

 

I can’t add a birthday gift even though it is my birthday month and I have a cart greater than $25.


My account has become unusable as I can’t get any of the loyalty perks. What is the point of having it?
