Unused Gift Card Showing 0 Balance

My friends got me a gift card for which I checked the balance on January 19 and it showed $75. I finally decided to use it today and it’s showing a $0 balance and customer service has not been able to help at all. I’m extremely upset as it clearly showed there was a balance a few weeks ago and hasn’t even been used.

Same thing happened to me. $225 worth of gifts cards and Sephora was NO help. These were for my daughters and they were Christmas gifts from their Uncle. He even included the receipt and they still won't honor it.

Same thing happened to me $75 gone. Customer service was rude and would not help in any way. I've been a loyola customer for many years but now I am planning to shop Ulta, if they won't make it right.

The same thing happened to me, $80 gone. 2 customer service agents said there’s nothing they can do.

 

If a billion dollar company rather pocket my $80 then do right by a loyal customer, I’ll no longer be buying any of my products from Sephora.

Hi Laurie, I turned on private messages. As mentioned 2 agents already said there’s nothing they can do to resolve the situation.

Don’t bother messaging her. She may even be a bot. They just say the same thing as customer service and do nothing to help. Sephora does not care that this is happening to all of us.
