In store purchase not showing up online

Hi I made a large purchase today with my Sephora card and the purchase didn’t show up on my account nor did my points despite giving them my email.

HI @Mariamsvogue It may take up to 24 hours for the points to be credited to your Beauty Bank. If they're not credited within the 24 hours, please send me a private message with a clear photo of your receipt so I can further assist. Thanks!
