I received the wrong item!

Hi Customer Service!
I have purchased Sephora Rouge Gel Lip Liner in 27 Knock on Wood and I have received 70 Avenue des Champes Elysees. They are so different!

Could you please solve this issue? What should I do? I can send you the photo of the lip liner I received, still unopened.
