Wrong item received

 
 

Hello, I have received the wrong package. I have ordered 3 items that make a total of 70 dollars, and they sent me an eyebrow pencil for 13 dollars. I don't know what to do because I live in the Dominican Republic and first they told me that they couldn't send me the items, and I contacted them again and they put me on hold for 3 business days. Now I don't have what I bought and I don't want to lose my money either.
