I cannot add my fetch delivery address

Hi I live in an apartment complex and to receive packages we have to go through Fetch Delivery services. This entails putting a sequence of letters and numbers after the last name of the shipping address. When I got to add that sequence to my last name, in the last name slot, it does not allow me to. Without adding that sequence to my last name I am not able to receive packages. How do I fix this?

Can you please check if you're able to enter this on Address Line 1? Then, begin entering your shipping address on Address Line 2. I'll send you a message to follow up.
