delivery to wrong address

On December 12, 2024, I received an email saying my package had been delivered. I checked my tracking number and found that the package that was supposed to be delivered to “700 Cornell Drive st, Delaware” was delivered to a completely different address in Newark. The most annoying thing is that they said that they had mislabeled the shipping label and sent it to the wrong address, and that they were not responsible because your address was a parcel forwarding address. When I asked UPS, they said that they had delivered it according to the label, so they did not care. My package never went to the parcel forwarding address. Their policy stated that if it went to the parcel forwarding company and then disappeared, they would not be responsible. If they had not mislabeled it in the first place, I would still have my package today. It is really annoying. They cannot accept responsibility for their own mistakes due to the parcel forwarding address, and it is really disappointing. Many people have had cases of such wrong addresses delivered, and some people have suffered in this way. Let me say it again. My package was never delivered to my parcel forwarding address!!!!!. so if you don't want to lose your items, please get them from another reliable place.

No need, please read and understand the rules yourself. I will take you to small claims court to get your money back. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. I will also advise my friends and social media not to buy anything from you again. Thanks
