I can’t log into my account or reset my password

I have been having issues with my account since yesterday. I try to check out to purchase my items but then it asks me to log in. Once I try to log in, it won’t take my password even though I know it’s the correct password. Then I try to reset the password, and then it freezes and a pop up message appears saying “error” .
