Not getting password reset email

I am trying to check out and sephora is asking for password confirmation to do so. I think I have my password wrong because when I try to sign in it refreshes the page and I need to try again. So I've been trying to reset my password but the emails will not go through..

what happens when we call that line 3 times and they cant figure it out either! my wife needs her account back!
