How to stop receiving mail?

Hi, can someone from customer service please contact me. My account settings are unsubscribed to mail, however I have just received mail from Sephora. Pretty sure it's illegal to send me advertising that I've opted out of. Can you let me know how to permanently remove my address from your mail-outs?

This is from my account settings. I have opted out of mail, yet I'm still getting Sephora mail at home. Stop this now. As mentioned above, it's illegal.
