Hi There, I'm sorry the purchase was not recorded in your account. I'm happy to add the points for you now! Please provide the following information: Purchase Subtotal (the amount before tax) Location Name or City and State Date of the Purchase Transaction/Invoice Number (listed at the bottom of your receipt) While I can update the points, I don't have the ability to modify your year to date spend. But, this transaction will be recorded on your account and considered when totaling your year to date spend.
