Clear your cal, fill your basket, and get ready to shop because Holiday Bonus is right around the corner. Here’s a breakdown of the promo:
Rouge, you get TWO exclusive weekends of savings: Fri 10/26 – Mon 10/29 and Fri 11/2 – Mon 11/5. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else.
VIB and Insider, you will each get four days to shop. VIB will get to save 20% off Fri 11/9 – Mon 11/12 and Insiders will save 15% off from Fri 11/16 – Mon 11/19. Can’t wait to see you all there!

We’re glad you asked. For one day only, 10/26, all Rouge clients get to bring a friend to shop with them in-store and share their 20% discount. Your friend has to be enrolled in the Beauty Insider program and you both must be in-store for your friend to receive 20% off. Not only will your friend get to experience Rouge early access with you but they will also receive the sample bag, while supplies last.
Can I redeem the offer more than once?
If you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want. Just one catch: One sample set per Rouge client on 10/26 while supplies last, in-stores only.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?
The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.
Are there any exclusions?
In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer is not valid on Google products. Not valid on previous purchases, purchases of gift cards or eGift cards, FLASH, PLAY! by Sephora, gift wrap, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. Clients are limited to the purchase of one Dyson item, three Drunk Elephant items, and three Tatcha items per SKU per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes or Rouge Reward.

First time Rouge member here! Please explain to me what real benefits Rouge members have considering that VIB now also get 20% off? I became Rouge in September during the Appreciation sale when I was a VIB and only only 15% in that sale, so then I would be able to partake in the 20% in this sale. Had I known VIB would get the same perks (minus the additional weekend to shop) I would not have rushed to be Rouge.
To add salt to injury, there were many items that I wanted that were sold out during both Rouge weekends. Sephora... listen to your customers, this tier system is not fair. Rouge members should be able to shop on VIB weekends like past years too and get more than VIB and BI off.
Rouge have always been able to shop the VIB/BI dates. You are not wrong in your assessment that Sephora doesn't treat Rouge customers the way you would expect.
As for the other commenter, many of us were not able to shop earlier because of life or because the sale was earlier this year or because things we wanted are out of stock or because we didn't feel we had to because of prior sales allowing Rouge to shop VIB/BI dates including earlier this year... We spend thousands of dollars to attain Rouge status and we don't get much value out of it. So having had the chance to shop earlier (when many items were OOS and no reason to expect we would not be able to shop the sale later) is a very small bonus for our loyalty. If you think Sephora's bonus program is "fair", spend more and become Rouge and you'll find out for yourself. In the meantime, enjoy the sale while you can.
Well in all fairness you guys got to shop the past two weekends while we waited patiently for our weekend. What more do you rouge folks really want. What I wanted went out of stock fast when you had your two weekends.
Most of the items I wanted were out of stock or weren't even available yet during the VIBR sale (All those holiday value sets didn't drop til last week), so you VIB members got full access to everything, including restocked items.
I got it too and didn't even realize it was for VIB only..... why send it to me? Something I wanted is in stock now but I can't even use the discount. Boo
So irritated. I got paid today and I wanted to purchase more items, but as ROUGE I can't!!! This is really annoying. If I am your top tier of patrons but I'm unable to shop the sale with VIB or Insider 😞 I'm not sure what exactly ROUGE gets me besides 2 additional weekends where the items I want are magically out of stock. Truly disappointed with Sephora lately.
Seriously, I can't pick up the items I forgot to order during the Rouge sale? This isn't a perk Sephora it's a punishment, especially since so many things were out of stock during the 'exclusive' Rouge sale. Feeling pretty disillusioned right now.
I was told IN STORE that Rouge would be given discounts this weekend so I literally waited for this weekend and now I get zero discounts....Im super upset. Why wouldn't Rouge be offered this weekend? Especially when employees are telling customers they would be!!!
I definitely relate to that. I was VIB. So this weekend was supposed to be my happy hours until I bought some things online and became Rouge. Unfortunately I found that I forgot to buy something. But because I'm Rouge now, I cannot buy it with 20% off...
