Birthday gift was just 250 points
Hi,I visited a Sephora store and the rep said they did not have any
birthday gifts and instead gave me 250 points. Is that usually the norm
?Did I miss out by not having an option to select my birthday gift ?

In store purchase not on app
I made an in store purchase last week and the points and purchase
history are no where to be found on my app?? I was told there’s nothing

New pics won't load
So i'm trying to set a new profile picture and background image through
the app and it keeps loading. If i do it strait from the website it
claims to be saved but when i reload it stays the same as if i didn't
make any changes

Just changed the setting so it should work. And thank you for looking
into it. It just doesn't make sense why the pictures won't change. In
fact if i change my bio it won't change either... like i did nothing

This is a big problem. Sephora team I hope you are going to actually do
something about it and not just "send it to your team". If all these
ladies have the same issues next year that is going to be many lost
customers....

The same happened to me. I actually called Customer service and was told
that this year, their birthday gifts ran out in August so anyone whose
birthday was after August was only offered the 250 point...

YES! My birthday is 12/23 and the same thing happens every single year.
I live in Chicago where there are many stores but they’re all sold out.
