Store closed early.

Where can I complain about a Sephora store location closing 23 minutes early (probably earlier because I got to the door 23 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked)? I ran to the Rancho Cucamonga store at 8:37p on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 and closing hours on a Tuesday is 9p. The doors were closed but I saw an employee in there restocking stuff so I tried opening the doors and they were locked. She heard me trying to open the doors and didn't budge or turn her head or even acknowledge me. I know it's because she didn't want to open the doors, but technically they shouldn't even be closed. The other stores around there were still open. What is the protocol on closing the doors early? are they allowed to at the malls? are they supposed to reopen since they shouldn't be closed? I'm annoyed since I was there for dinner and decided to run in and grab my birthday gift and use my gift card before my dinner reservations. Now I have to make another trip to the mall to grab my birthday gift before the end of the month. Any info would be greatly appreciated and if this could get sent to the Rancho Cucamonga store on Main Street. Thanks. attached is a photo I took when I got there and the store hours.
