Hi @katarinarucker! Yes! Please send a copy of your receipt with the
email address on your account to "customerservice@sephora.com" and the
appropriate department will be able to update your account for you.

Sephora not what they used to be
Sephora is going to lose a large part of their clients. If things don't
change soon, I've heard of some really bad things about Sephora from
other people. What has happened has Donald Trump or one of his kids or
friends like Musk, bought the company.

Same experience here. I checked Tuesday and today and had an alarm set
at 11:57 AM EST. I kept refreshing and it never dropped. Very
disappointed and the online customer service support is useless and kept
disconnecting me.
