I have been checking for the reward as I have been saving up my points for a long time. I haven't seen it? Help please?

@mira20667 and @billelsk, the Rouge Rewards typically release around 9am PST. They may release anywhere between 9-11am PST. Please check both the app and the web browser. I'm very sorry for the trouble and I hope you're able to redeem in the near future!

I thought it was a code you could just use. It was at one point.

Same experience here. I checked Tuesday and today and had an alarm set at 11:57 AM EST. I kept refreshing and it never dropped. Very disappointed and the online customer service support is useless and kept disconnecting me.

Yeah it's really upsetting, it's an advertised benefit of being rouge. Why they make it so hard to access is beyond me
