Free Birthday gift not showing up on order form

I just bought a brush for myself along with three free samples and my free birthday gift, but my free birthday gift is not showing up on my order form now and I already placed my order, will my birthday gift still send? What happens if I don't get it? 😞

Your birthday gift should show up during checkout as an option to add to your order. If it doesnt show up we recommend you call us for help so we can add it but if you already placed the order we don't have a way to modify your order, I'm sorry about that! I'll send you a message for more help.
