Flash Shipping

So I have flash shipping. I placed an order yesterday morning (Thursday the 15th @ 9am). Shouldn't I get my order on Saturday the 17th? What's the point in paying for Flash shipping if it takes longer then 2 days? I won't be getting my package til Monday the 19th. I know there is the weekend but mail still gets delivered on Saturday so why can't I get my package that day?

Hi @NinaNee Sorry for the confusion! The Flash shipping time frame is 2 business days, so if you placed your order before 3pm on Thursday the expected delivery day would be Monday.

Agreed, what's the deal with this? I paid an extra $7 for one day shipping on Thursday, the shipping options said one day shipping would have my package arrive today on Friday. I check my tracking and it hasn't even shipped yet with the expected delivery Tuesday. Why did I pay extra for nothing?!

Omg wth? Ur package should be there today. Sephora really needs to fix alot of things. They just jipped u $7, not cool.
