Shipping

Can anyone explain why every company in Canada has switched shipping providers except Sephora?Can’t head office get their act together?

I'd like to know this as well. I wanted to buy some Fresh products today, but there's no way I'm risking having them ''in transit'' for the next month. I'd rather keep the money in my pocket!
