Flash 2 day shipping

What happened to the free 2 day shipping option?  I thought it used to be a part of VIB but maybe not. I know, at one point, I paid a 1x a year price to get the flash 2 day shipping. It seems shipping used to be faster either way. I placed an order just after midnight on 3/1 and it won’t arrive until 3/6. Being a loyal customer to Sephora used to be much better.
We used to give 3 samples (now 2).  Promos used to be better as well as reward options.  When I look at what VIB & Rouge benefits are, I don’t see a huge benefit to those who spend $1,000/year and are rouge or those who reach VIB status vs the insider level. It seems like free 2 day shipping should be included for rouge level and at least offered as an upgrade for VIB members.
