Eyeshadow palette arrived broken

I ordered the Huda Beauty Quartz eyeshadow palette and unfortunately, it arrived with 10 of the shades (mostly the glitter shades) either completely shattered or damaged. Customer service says, "Our system is not able to process a reshipment or refund because of previous accommodations that were made to you for order issues on this and/or other accounts." Unfortunately, I can't return the item because of the huge mess it made (there was glitter literally everywhere) I had to throw it out.

 

I'm extremely disappointed in this situation. I would have purchased it in-store but my store did not have it in stock. Receiving this broken eyeshadow palette is totally beyond my control.

I bought 12 shadows 6 were broken they sent me 6 replacements 5 out of the 6 were broken I received my replacements today and out of 5 replacements 4 are broken I give up!!!

Update: have still received the same generic response that it cannot be helped due to previous "accommodations"

I had the same thing but with glass from a body oil and customer service told me to throw it out and to wait for the email and I would get a refund I was reassured and threw eveything contaminated with the oil and now there denying the refund and the manger that I talked with litterly told me indirectly to go to find it in the dump. I threw out all products worth around 3-400 because they had oil in them and weren’t usable and now I’m getting talked to rude and had to wait 3 weeks for them to say no refund. Even if I kept it to go return institution they really want there employees to get cut and have glass in there hand while returning my items cuz that’s what happened to me
