Delivery issues - when I'll received my package ???

This is my first time ordering something from Sephora. Usually, I go to the store, and I buy things there. My package was supposed to arrive on June Friday 2nd. The day before, I received an email saying it was delayed and would be delivered on Saturday. On Sunday, I checked, and it said: "Your package has been loaded on a truck", and later it says "Out for delivery". Time passed, and I never received my package. I came back from my job on Monday, no sign of the package. I checked again and the package status was "Your package has been loaded on a truck" again! I contacted customer service for LaserShip to ask about it, and their answer was" You should receive it in 1-2 business days". It is quite disappointing that a store like Sephora can't have a better delivery partner.
