Package not received

I already spoke to customer service however I am very disappointed that my package has been out for delivery since yesterday now I am being told that there have been no updates regarding my package. I almost never order from sephora and I never will again just better to go to the store. I was told by customer service that it will take 7-10 business days to issue a refund.
