I placed an order and received a "Delivered" email. The photo of my package was literally of the back of a U-Haul truck. Just chatted with Sephora and was told it would be reshipped; but after reading all the issues here I am worried it will happen again. Does anyone know if they can give us a voucher for pick up? Don't trust this delivery method.
