Customer Support (Old foundation)

Dear Sephora Customer Service,

I am a loyal VIB customer, and all of my cosmetics are from the #Charlotte Tilbury brand, as I have always been very satisfied with the products. However, I recently purchased the ##Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Medium Coverage Liquid Foundation in the shade "1 Neutral - Fairest with Neutral Undertones," which I have bought multiple times before. This time, the shade appears to be closer to "4 Warm - Fair Medium with Warm Golden Undertones," and the texture is unexpectedly poo

I want to continue enjoying Charlotte Tilbury products and do not want this experience to change my opinion of the brand. Could you please review the product to ensure it is not from an older batch? I would greatly appreciate it if you could send a replacement that matches the usual quality and shade.
