Credit card issues: lost out on 500 pts

After repeated calls to #Comenity about not having received any of the 5 cards that were supposedly sent out since April this year (my card actually expired in Feb) I was assured the newest card would arrive within days, which would be in time to get the 500 extra pts with the promo at the time. My card did arrive in time, however it wasn't working, yet another thing had gone wrong and for whatever reason it could no be activated so I lost out on yet another #promo. I now finally have a card that as far as I know is working and I still have the items in my cart but I don't even want to use it now because it's frustrating and i feel stupid knowing how many points I could have gotten for buying the same items had my card been working just a few days ago. I'm so done with this sephora, comenity & their credit card.
