Credit Card Program

I applied for a Credit Card and was excited to use my 25% discount. I was going to immediately use my discount on the same day but apparently it’s a fraud when they say “You can use it immediately” because you actually cant. You have to wait for the physical card. I waited for the card. 15 days later I called and they said “on the way” 25 days later 8 called and they said that my apartment number was wrongly input of was not included hence I was not receiving my card.

I have now received my card but it’s more than 30 days later. My discount is no longer there. I am so pissed and disappointed. It was the only reason why I applied for this card. 

I don’t know how I’m going to deal with Sephora now.

 

Anyone knows if we can have the 25% back?
