Cologne Sampler Set without Redeemable Voucher

I purchased my boyfriend this sampler set as our anniversary gift earlier this year. I thought the voucher was linked to my Sephora account. Now that we were trying to redeem the full size, we realize that there was supposed to be a certificate in the box when shipped. To be completely honest I am sure that there wasn't any certificate because we opened the gift together and there were only the samples and the bag where they came in. I don't know if there is any way to verify if the product shipped did not contain the certificate or any way to redeem it with my account since I was the one who bought it.

I am extremely disappointed in not investigating this process sooner. If there is any way to help me, please let me know.
