Clean challenge empty drop off missing points

I went into Sephora yesterday and I bought one item without bag and I dropped off my empties for the Clean Challenge. I scanned the QR code 2 times , but it wasn’t working..It didn't open other page.
 
Today I check my Sephora account and only I have a mark of “Done” in the without bag buy task  ..what happened with my dropped off items task .. ?  In both tasks the points aren’t accounted yet .

Same for me. I scanned the QR code and a page showed up to click “I did it” but every time I clicked it it just reloaded the page. My app is updated.

Could you help me too? I went in store to complete the entire game. The last thing I needed was to donate an empty and I did, and when scanning the QR code it kept telling me to press a button to verify. Each time I clicked the button it loaded and the button popped back up. I did it at least 10 times and thought that maybe it just didn’t need to do anything else, but now when I check my app it doesn’t say points pending or anything. Thanks!
