Missing Points for Empties Drop Off

I went to Sephora today to pick up some items for the Beauty Insider Challenge and drop off some empties for the same event. I see the points are pending on my account for the purchases but none are pending for dropping off my empties, even though I scanned the QR code twice in store.

This happened to me too! I scanned the QR code but didn’t get credited, was told to wait and come back if I have to. Scanned twice on separate days but still no points credit for dropping off the empties. a little bit disappointed, would love if a team member would be able to assist

The same thing happened to me as well I dropped off my empties and scanned the QR code and received no points

Mine won’t even let me get past the button saying “I did it” I kept scanning the qr over and over
