Claim Denied

I have been having issues with Lasership as of late. They continuously deliver incorrectly if at all. I was due to receive a package last week but when I arrived home, it was not there. Sephora has denied my request and basically said shop at your own risk going forward. Not sure how this benefits the consumer and now I am being charged for an order that was never received.
