Can't find my account by phone number in-store?

Hi, for whatever reason my account never shows up when they enter my phone number or email in store. It's getting really upsetting cause my husband will go in and buy products for me sometimes but they can't ever find my account so I miss out on points. Is there any way I can fix this so it does show up now (and possibly get those points added on)? I would appreciate that a lot.
