Can a new one be shipped to me?

I recently got my Sephora play box, inside was the Tarte marine boosting mist along with some other products. Unfortunately when I picked it up, it was empty. I was thinking it may have leaked out or had a tiny crack in it or may have even evaporated. I have no clue what happened to it, but I was ready to try it out and couldn’t.
