Broken safety seal on my cleansing balm :(

hi, I just received my order of the Sephora collection cleansing balm. However when I opened it up, the safety seal was broken. While the product itself just looks fine and kinda like it melted during storage or transport, I don’t feel comfortable putting something that could’ve been tampered with on my face and close to my eyes. Can I get some help on this? I also never received any of my free sample from Sephora either 😞
