Birthday Gift

I have tried for the past month to add a birthday gift to an app order and I am blocked at every turn, it seems.

First, all the items were out of stock, so I couldn’t add anything.

Shortly thereafter, I went into the store to purchase a friend a gift but the lady doing the checkout was on the phone the entire time, so I don’t know if they ask you about the birthday gift in the store, but she certainly didn’t.

Now, when I tried to add something again in the app, it gives me an error and says one or more of the SKUs cannot be added to the cart. Does anyone else have this issue?

Seems like these Birthday gifts aren’t easy to redeem at all….
