Bazaar points disspearing after a item sells out

This is the second time that this has happened when my I would put a  reward into my cart. For example a sol de janeiro body scrub. When that sold out and I had it in my cart, my 100 points dissappeard, same with another item that I had, i didn't notice it but I remember it took my 100 points away too.

 

I can't contact customer  service as it's "unavailable" so I've lost $200 worth of points that I spent at a store because of a glitch in the system.

I was at 447 before my $78 ]purchase and no movement on my.points...I placed the order knowing it would.put me over 500..I calledtold me I was wrong. That my points were 447. I took a screenshot.of my.  Points before I made my.ourchase.  Sephora is getting worse, my packages don't come with samples, I order over $50 extras, don't come and my products have always been opened some even been used...sephora is a mess.

@PinkIrish65 I see that your balance was 371 before placing your recent order. As you spent $76, this brought your balance to 447. If you'd like to take a look at your point history, select your name at the bottom of the app, select Beauty Insider Community, then scroll down to "Points Activity". Thanks!

@oks0phie You haven't lost points, but if your basket has a reward in it, the points are being held until it is removed. Can you try updating your region to the US and then back to Canada? This should force the reward out of your basket. If you are on our desktop or mobile site, you can update your region on the basket page. If you are on our app, you can update it by going to your profile and then selecting app settings.
