Unable to Add Rewards Bazaar Items to Cart

Hi. I’m trying to make a purchase in-app. I have 246 points and I’m trying to redeem a 100 point item. However, for ALL 100 point items the option to “Add to Basket” is greyed out for me. I am only able to select “View Full Size”. Any ideas?

I am having this same problem. Wanted to buy something but not going to if I can’t use my points.

Mine does the same thing. Extremely frustrating since I have over 400 points I can't spend. Been going on all month and it hadn't been fixed.
