rewards bazaar points

hi I was just about to place an order and I was about to add some rewards bazaar items but it wouldn't let me. upon further investigation it said in one place on the website that I have 77 and another place on the website that I have 277. the place that says I have 277 is true. i spent over 200 dollars on my last order and I have 277 points and I'm confused.

how do you change the settings because when I click settings changing it is not an option?
