Apple Pay option missing at checkout?

For the past few months it seems like Apple Pay is only available 50% of the time I go to checkout. This is on the app & on the website. So strange! Please fix! 😞

Regretfully, Apple Pay will not be an option if your basket contains hazmat items. In reviewing your basket, I see that there is a hazmat item. I'm sorry about that!
