App not working still

The sephora app has not been working for over a week everytime I try to checkout, and I keep getting error messages and being told to try back later. Today's error message du jour says it can't use paypal as a checkout source. What is going on?

 

And please don't answer with the pat phrase of call us to place your order - if that worked for me then I would have selected that method In the first place.

Frustrating.

The error messages disappear when touchscreen is touched so no screen shot is available to send to you.

If you are unaware of the issues, perhaps a ghost account and try to check out with papal will show you first hand
