App is not loading anything

My app is not working, doesn't load carr or favorites.  The error says SAAT header is expired. Cannot open support conversations in the app as well, only in browser, but its not convenient.

This is happening to me as well. Sephora please fix this as we're getting ready to add things to our cart for the upcoming sale.

I've been consistently having this issue as well and having to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time I want to use it. I even had to do it just to write this comment. It's getting really annoying. Probably an issue on their end they need to look into.

Happening to me too. Having to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. I'm pretty annoyed

@Olenaaaaaa I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Please try deleting and reinstalling the app and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.

I already did this and my app was ok 24 hours maybe, then the same thing happened again. I cleared my cache and reinstalled the app again. 

Please fix this issue.
