App not working/not loading

Hi, I have been really frustrated because I would like to shop for products and wanted to make use of the sales. though I am now just stuck not being able to. I have tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling my app as well as deleting my account and making new ones and nothing seems to work. When I get in to the app it will load open, I can search for products, but there are no pictures literally nothing. Just white screens show. I have heard and saw that others have had similar issues but I have no idea how to fix this. Can you please help me so I can shop for the products I want.
