Product Pictures No Loading on App

The photos on the Sephora app have not been loading for almost a month now. I’ve tried everything. Restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling my app, and even signing in and out. Nothing has worked. Please help me as I want to purchase products but if I cannot see them then I will likely purchase elsewhere.

Me too! Same problem for the past three days. I've also tried reinstalling the app. No luck.
