Account spend not adding

I think my Sephora account was merged. My amount spend is now only $173. However, I know for a fact I have spent well over $1000 to maintain my VIN Rouge status. I send every single receipt since January of 2024. I was told this would be resolved in 10 business days. However, I am hoping for a quick solution. I would like to participate in the Rouge benefit of the sale starting November 1st and also get my Rouge discount. I find it awfully strange that this occurred the same week that the sale is supposed to start for Rouge members.

Hi were you ever able To assist me? I turned in my private messages. An IT ticket was put in last year and I still have heard nothing back to get the points lost.
