Now Sephora is allowing more than one promo code to be used. I'm going to reach out to them and ask if the 20% off sale code could be used with the $100 reward. Maybe even use another code to get a free deluxe-size product. That would be great! Apparently they've been listening to their customers and are trying to make things better for us. When I hear back I'll let you guys know what they say.

The Rouge Reward cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

What codes can be combined? I got the email saying codes can be combined but I have yet to find any that can. Was that just a pr stunt?

You should be able to combine: a Rouge Reward and a gift with purchase; a Play! Pass and a gift with purchase; a Rouge Reward and a Play! Pass.
I suggest checking out the fine print of each promotion for details regarding its ability to be combined. If you need assistance, please feel free to send me a private message with a screenshot of any error messages you may be seeing. I'll be happy to take a look further. Thanks!

Did you get any news from them about this? I just exchange my points for a 100$ reward and I would like to know if I should wait until the vib spring event so I could get a 15% or 20% off. Thank you!
The other ugly secret that they are keeping from you is that if you return something by using the reward card to purchase, they will refund you only a small fraction of what you paid. I bought a $38 Kiehl's tinted moisturizer and when the color didn't work, I took it to the Scottsdale store to return and she would only give me $8.30! I asked what was up and she asked if I used a so called gift card to buy from points, and when I said yes the sales person said..."yeah they hide this non refundable issue in the fine print when you get the card" Could hardly believe that Sephora would be so conniving after you spend the dollars with them to get the card in the first place. Shame on Sephora.
I wish I knew how I worked I redeemed one never got the email (after 48 hrs and checked my junk folder and all) I reached out to them and they said they fixed it 2 days ago and sent another one and still haven’t seen anything... I waited to use those points and have nothing to show for it but they sure did take my points but no reward... 😒
This happened to me too! My points are gone and they never emailed me my reward code. They said they would look into it and get back to me but they never did. Guess i wasted 2500 points for NOTHING. Sure am glad to be Rouge status *eyeroll*
I recently redeemed my points for the $100 gift card. I thought I would be able to use the Rouge 20% off code during the sale AND my $100 GC but unfortunately, the GC you enter into the "Promo" field, not "Payment" field like I originally thought. I still used my $100 off on the Drunk Elephant Trunk, bringing the cost even less than the 20% off would. I got my products and I absolutely love them! I'm about ready to redeem points again, I
I think just make sure it's something you know you love and use since others are saying you can't return said item bought with the card. I know I definitely wouldn't be returning any of the products, so maybe stick to skincare or makeup currently in your rotation that you need to get a backup for.
Don't waste your points!!! You can't exchange anything you buy with this - they say it's a $100 discount. So basically Sephora wants to punish us for being top tier status.
I went in today to exchange the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry palette ($59) for the Too Faced Pretty Rich palette ($59). I thought it would be an easy exchange but the cashier said I had to pay $53 for the new palette, as I had used a rouge reward of $100 for the palette and an additional item. I was upset since I spend a lot of money at Sephora, but the cashier told me to call customer service to see what they could do. I was offered either $15 or 200 points - which is not satisfying in the least since I used 2500 points for the reward in the first place. Neither of which were applied to my account either.
Seriously, just don't do it.
